The guest for this week’s INSPIRING STEM PODCAST episode is Andrew Preston, an economist and physicist by training, who worked as a researcher and consulted as a software engineer before co-founding Publons. He recently co-founded Cassyni an innovative new online tool which aims to help academics run and keep track of research seminars worldwide.
We discuss his background in academic research and his journey from New Zealand to London that led to designing software tools to alleviate pain points in scientific researcher workflows.
